Everyone has an emotional blood type. Some people’s blood was given by their parents and/or other caregivers. Other people’s blood type was created as a defense mechanism and is used for protection. Still others’ blood is reflected in the manner by which they choose to operate in the world. Healthy blood does not destroy your current well-being. Bad blood consumes your body, thoughts, emotions, and daily living. What is in your blood?

Take time to check your blood type. Are any of the ways that you interact with others causing you irritability or distress?
