 A Present Mind

Do you feel like you have LOST your mind or are close to losing it?  What does it mean to have a present mind in the midst of losing your mind?

To be present is to let go of the past, live the present, and courageously face the future.

A present mind means to let go of the need for other’s approval and chart your path.

A present mind means letting go of what you cannot change or control and concentrating on what lies ahead.

A present mind is to face your fears.

A present mind means to let go of meeting others’ standards and creating your own.

A present mind means to challenge your inner critic & quiet the external noise of others whose primary aim may be to block, dismiss, or destroy.

A present mind means giving voice to your frustration.

Give voice to the possibility of change in your life.

There is no better time than the present than to connect with a therapist who can help you.
