Everyone has a Script of Life that colors how they see the world and interact with the people in it. Scripts are developed from childhood or other life events that occur over our lifetime.
Some scripts help you navigate present circumstances and relationships; while other scripts help you cope with your past. Sometimes the script that helped you survive your childhood or a past event may not be the script you should continue to use in your current life. What proved a healthy way to cope in the past may be counterproductive now!
