Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Many insurance plans reimburse for services that I provide as an in-network or out-of-network provider. For out-of-network clients, after payment of services, an invoice will be provided for you to submit directly to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. For all clients utilizing insurance, please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How much do you reimburse for an out-of-network provider? (Only out-of-network clients)
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval/referral required from my primary care physician?
CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield - PPO plans. ****Please note that my services are not covered by CareFirst HMO plans that do NOT have a PPO component.

You may also use funds from your flexible spending account. I will provide you with the appropriate receipts to submit for reimbursement from your plan.
To accommodate your financial situation, a reduced rate is offered for qualified individuals. Please call for details.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
